Datsun Garage EXCLUSIVE Black Billet battery hold down is a strong, well made billet aluminum battery hold down designed to attach to the factory position on the firewall, and utilize the stock j-bolt & nut configuration. Features a great-looking engraved Classic Z logo! Includes firewall bolt.

While the "Battery Frame Insulator" will not "sandwich" this hold down as it does the original frame, you should still use your original insulator for vibration dampening. However, you should only use 1/2 of the insulator width (divide the two halves), as would normally be inbetween the stock frame and the firewall. Let us know if you have any questions.
