This boot is made with the same shape and pattern of the original shift boot, but is made from black leather instead.
70-71 240Z's were factory equipped with a slightly different Outer Shift Boot, which was discontinued by Nissan decades ago. This Shift Boot pattern matches the 72 and later version, which was commonly used as a replacement for the earlier models (and may already be in your Z)
